It's not unreasonable if you have the money and can still eat healthy while
eating out. I'm just saying it's one of the first things I would cut. I'm guessing half of that is from eating out. They could eat well with just $450.
Looking at the list again I think the car payments are worse. Buying an affordable car would be step one. There is plenty of opportunity to make cuts across the board.

Naw, I got my son's Hyundai for 8k just recently, under 100k miles. This family could cut a lot more.
