I had braced for the potential comment that goes something like: "well then, your testimony is founded on the wrong things and you need to repent or the church doesn't want you". I've faced so much of that attitude over the decades as I've asked questions of church leaders and family members. I'm extremely grateful for this community and the responses I did and didn't receive.
