Everything else stems from that problem.

We hate to say it because we'll be perceived as culturally insensitive, but Kalani and his poly culture is the heart of the problem with this team. I don't see that as being insensitive in any way because people like Ken N, Anae, or Chow would have implemented a very different culture.

Kalani gambled on being the cousin/uncle to everybody and having a poly heavy staff that followed his example. He gambled and lost and unless he drastically changes his ways, he will need to go sooner rather than later.
