"Culture" refers to discipline, accountability, commitment, dedication, sacrifice, effort, desire, leadership, etc. If there are issues with those things among both players and coaches, that is a problem. Sitake was very divisive in his post game comments. His snide send off to Ty after the Hawaii game showed Sitake to be a very small man. The way he and TH handled Ty is disgraceful. But, apparently because Ty is kind and classy, he was OK being the sacrificial lamb for Sitake. The Sitake ship will not likely stay afloat. It's probably a blessing to Ty to get out of this holy freakin' mess.
