In a typical season (not 2017) BYU would run over all of those schools

Do those school get better speed at the skill positions? Absolutely. But traditionally, so have SDSU, Fresno, and UNLV. BYU stomped those programs for years because they couldn't match up in the trenches. It would be the exact same issue most years for the Florida schools.
