i think he's more saying that if you boil down priorities.....recruiting is
most important.
i think he's saying that there are a lot of guys who can call xs and os. what makes saban great is he gets the best players and then he can cycle through coordinators every year and still win. cause playcalling isn't as important.
belicheck has his guys too. he has an eye for talent for his system. but i don't think you can compare college and nfl. i think in the NFL great coaching and talent evaluation are key, and getting a qb. in college, the first key is recruiting. the rest follows.

Weren't we in the 40s consistently as a MWC school? Indy will never work if we are stuck in the 60s.
