Bronco's first 5 classes averaged 42nd in the Country.

After that his classes sliped into the 50s and 60s range. People say that Bronco sucked at recruiting, yet he clearly out recruited Sitake particularly during the first half of his tenure.

"A win is a win"

Bronco may not have been great at personal interactions and was far from the Charizmatic smooth talking sales agent that many good recruiters are. However, he somehow stil got results.
