Weber State will never have another talent like Lillard. That's a once in a school's history type thing. BYU has had plenty of talented players over the years but due to production and probably lack of development, those players don't exactly scream on NBA radars. And when they do get drafted, they don't last.

You're kidding yourself if you think Frank Jackson would've had the same exposure to scouts at BYU as he did at Duke, simply because "scouts recognize talent."
