A fourth option should be to advise him to do what he thinks would be best.
I truly believe the path to the NFL is there for any kid, regardless of school. Put forth your best effort and work your butt off to make sure that you’re giving NFL scouts the info they need to know about you. Additionally, I’d tell him to make sure he’s not picking his school just based on football, but also academics.
I’d love to see my boy at BYU but I’d truly take a step back and let him make the decision he feels is best.
