Slouches who want to party and competing with players who eat, drink, and sleep football. Unless you are saying it is a mix. I feel having competition and playing with high level players is the best way to improve. I would have to look at the balance of partiers and "gym rat" types.

A big one, I would look for is a position coach with a proven record of getting players into the NFL.
