I'd probably go a more conservative route....get into the best undergrad

academic school possible in a P5....redshirt the first year, graduate early and do a grad transfer to the very best school possible. If there is still a shot at the NFL great...but the odds are not in his favor..but an MBA from Stanford or another great graduate institution is worth a small fortune, especially when you have no debt for it.
