Great post

Unfortunately, BYU is lacking proven position coaches (well any coaches) and I believe it really helps blue chip players to be surrounded with other high caliber players. Also, really helps in the weight room to have a bunch of "gym rat" types around.

I agree with, "The above is painful to write."
