Sadly, it probably wouldn't be BYU right now
But a lot depends on where he wanted to live after college. If he wants to stick around Utah after he graduates, I'd tell him to go to one of the local schools so he could make local connections. And if he had NFL potential, it'd probably have to be the U right now, because our coaches haven't proven able to develop players as well as Utah has when it comes to sending guys to the NFL.
Now, if he didn't plan on putting down roots in Utah, I'd strongly encourage him to go to the top 20 school and say no to Utah.
