colleagues, she was familiar with the pros/cons before pursuing the job. At this school we have been blessed with great teachers for our kids, so yeah....I stand by what I said.
Having an issue with one aspect of their overall job is generally not considered to be "despising" someone. It seems like you have a bigger beef with teachers than I do (you posted just today complaining about teachers not teaching basics): https://www.cougarboard.com/board/message.html?id=19703242
"We were talking in seminary this morning about how faith requires us to do experiments. So I brought up the scientific method and asked the kids to list off the steps. They couldn't do it. They said they hadn't really talked about that much in their science classes. Maybe way back in like 6th grade, but they couldn't really remember it, nor did they see it as being all that important. And I'm thinking, what on earth?? If there was any one thing that was pounded into my head repeatedly in high school science classes, it's the scientific method. How can such a foundational concept be so neglected? Do they not teach critical thinking in schools anymore??"
