as well students (emails, conferences, calls, visits) which is a full time job in and of itself, goes to training and conferences in the summer etc. I think they deserve more, it's a much harder job than most people realize but continue to cry about the 2 1/2 months 'off' in the summer in response to any hint of a raise LOL. The substitutes and TA's in utah school system make less money than you'd make at a job at In and Out Burger, it's laughable.
