and thanks for sticking up for teachers. I am currently a secondary ed. teacher in Provo. Teaching is a lot harder than people realize. Lack of funding, increase in student numbers, and teacher shortages, have really caused problems in this area. I have an average of 40-50 students in my classes. Half of the time I feel like a free babysitter for parents. Buildings are old, facilities need to be upgraded.....the list goes on and on. A lot of the people complaining about teachers, don't have any knowledge of what really goes on in school every single day.
