Arizona is bleeding teachers. Instead of saying "this is what you signed up for", shouldn't we encourage making the job benefits more appealing so we get more/better teachers and our kids (well your kids, I don't have any) actually get a good education? I gotta give props to those who are seeing a problem and working for change instead of just quitting. If nothing else, salaries need to be brought back to pre-recession levels; no one thought they were signing up for what essentially amounts to a pay decrease after a number of years
