I tend to think this statement from Kalani is more evidence of the main problem

Kalani doesn't know how to be a head coach. This was a dumb thing for him to say. We heard dumb things like this from him all last year. I think there was a major team culture problem, and that comes from the coach, and if he's saying things like this now I think it might still be there.
