What’s wrong with saying guys need to compete for their starting jobs? Bronco...
...said the same things when he started in 2005. He used to say that from week to week guys had to compete in practice to maintain their position on the depth chart or in the starting lineup and a bad week of practice could allow the guy behind them a chance to move ahead of them. He said it was to keep his players sharp and focused, working hard all the time to get better and that competitiveness would make the team better.

You complained about a lazy culture from last year and here Kalani lays out his plan moving forward to improve the culture, resolving your concern, but you ignore it in order to change directions and find something new to complain about. Sounds like all you want to do is frantically and emotionally complain about him rather than discuss things rationally.
