If one can enter the house of the Lord, he or she should be worthy to play sports. As a guy going back to school and becoming very familiar with the HC, I find it too much for many incredible students. These are worthy LDS kids but can’t take a test due to some facial hair or a hair style? Come on, let the Bishop or other religious leader(for non-LDS students) provide their endorsements and decide one’s worthiness. Several return missionaries want to continue living the gospel standards, are temple worthy, and still attend institute but choose other schools because they want freedom. Get rid of the ability to anonymously turn students in for HC violations and let it be a true HC in line with Temple recommend standards.
