too at houses. My issue is that there was no effort to make a judgment call. My dogs hips are so bad she can't even get up some times. Some mailmen seem to have the attitude of "Oh, a dog is hobbling toward me (I'm not exaggerating), spray it!" This mailman sprayed my next door neighbors weiner dog too a few weeks ago. The dog is completely harmless and like 6" tall! I completely support spraying an attacking dog, but not one hobbling toward you when you can walk faster than it can run.

I'm sorry for your attacks, you don't deserve that. I totally support spraying an attacking dog, I just really appreciate mailmen that use judgement before the pepper spray.
