golden retriever this afternoon. She's docile and can barely walk. She was out in my front yard and hobbled across the street to the mailman and yes she was barking. She's obviously old and weak.
Anyway, after she gets sprayed I run out to see why he would do that. Meanwhile my 4 year old comforts our old dog and pets her face (I didn't know this). You can see where this is going.
We jump in the car to head somewhere and my son starts screaming hysterical and he's rubbing his eyes like crazy not knowing he's making it worse. We hurry and pull over and I lay him on the ground and start pouring the little water I have on his eyes. It looked like he was having a seizure. I quickly run out of water, pick him up and run to the nearest house. We turn on the hose and water his eyes for like 15 minutes til it finally stops burning.
Crazy experience for a 4 year old, he's totally fine and happy now thank goodness. I don't have a temper, but while my son was in so much pain I wanted to beat the ____ out of the mailman.
