team would be accused of a lack of commitment and time in the film room?  Ever watch what happens to an Alabama player who commits a penalty?  They come out for a few plays.  Ever see that happen at BYU?  It comes down to accountability, and sadly I don't see it.  That is squarely on the coaches.  Not being fast enough or strong enough, sure, can't help that.  But missed assignments, you sit for a series.  Commit a penalty, you sit for a series.  That's how you get players to play disciplined football.  Though that won't make us Alabama, it will make us a lot better than what we are now.
