Are Houston, UCF, Cincinnati, Boise State, Memphis, UConn, Colorado State, USF & SDSU really “have nots”? By the time BYU is in a position to make this decision CSU, SDSU, UCF, UConn, and Houston will all be playing in relatively new stadiums. And Boise, Memphis & Cincinnati will have all completed huge stadium projects. Add UNLV to the mix and two more candidates would be playing in top tier NFL facilities.
“Have nots” don’t simply go around building new stadiums. These are decent programs that simply haven’t received a P5 golden ticket yet. Maybe you can call them the “Have lesses”?
