We do have something to play for. The quality of our bowl game is directly tied
to how BYU finishes the season. If we finish 9-3 or maybe even 8-4, a lucrative trip to a bowl like the Cactus Bowl (now Cheez-It Bowl) could be on the horizon with a $3 Million dollar payday, a game against a P5 opponent, and a game time during the week of Christmas to New Years. If we finish 7-5 or worse, I think we can write our ticket to the Armed Forces Bowl where we will play against a lame "MAC-like" team before the Christmas Break has even started, and barely make enough money to cover our travel expenses.
