This is only the case if the P5 conferences don't fill their allotments
Obviously being an at-large as an Independent is more fun because of the bowl possibilities. But even so, the most likely scenario is a lower revenue game like the Armed Forces Bowl. Conferences aren't going to give up millions if they can help it.
