Totally agree. My doc said they do the sleeve 90% of the time now.
The other 10% do the gastric bypass because they are severely overweight (BMI of 55+). The lap-band is rarely done anymore due to the complications.
I know some who have done the bypass but wish they had known about the sleeve because it essentially leaves with a fully functioning stomach, just much smaller.

Protein, carbs and fats just like most people. I try to intermittent fast a bit. My variation on it says i can eat once
