My target is to burn 3400. I quite often burn between 3700 and 4000 and sometimes more. I work a desk job.
Eating i try to go for around 2200 to 2400. Somedays where i have a cheat meal there will be more.

Protein, carbs and fats just like most people. I try to intermittent fast a bit. My variation on it says i can eat once
