My current breakdown is 10 min treadmill warm up and dynamic stretch.
Then my lifting for the day for the rest of the hour.
I then shoot hoops for about 20 min then I hit the treadmill and run for a min and then do some sort of exercise (burpees, push-ups, mtn climbers, ski crunches etc) then run again for 15 min. Then I walk / run the rest of the way.
I used to do more lifting and less cardio but in my current cut I need to do more cardio.
Ill burn around 1400 calories in the gym.
I go every day.
