What has been you experience being onboarded to a new company?
Quick question for everyone. I work in HR and currently working on a team to try and improve our onboarding process. I'm looking for things to make the experience smooth as well as memorable for the new hires to try and help them feel more connected to the company. If anyone has had any great experiences or terrible experiences or just general idea for what would make a great Onboarding prices I'd love to hear them! Thanks!

Make it short, <2 hours. And give QUALITY company branded stuff. Don't give crap from promotional companies.
