I think there is this psychology that exists today that a great film has to be a lengthy film.
But this is part of the conversation I wanted to have. Why were we more into comedies in 1988? Were we happier? Were we more relaxed? What has changed in society to where we have zero comedies in the top 10 highest grossing films. The top grossing films are interesting to look at. It's where people chose to spend there money.
