extremely corrupt industry that have kept this horrific structure due to a stron
g lobby with congress. It needs to come crashing down. Why is this such a lucrative profession when most realtors only have a high school education? 6% shared fee when you can get certified in 2 weekends, give me a break.
I'll say this tho, sellers have had the ability to use a flat fee service for like 5 years now.

The problem is buyers all get agents because they don't have to pay. Then sellers homes don't get shown if using flat
