I tend to agree, but then why did you use them?
If you didn’t think they added value why didn’t you do everything yourself?
And if your answer is because mls, or because everyone uses a realtor to buy and they won’t bring them to your house unless you pay them then isn’t that value added?

The problem is buyers all get agents because they don't have to pay. Then sellers homes don't get shown if using flat
