I like your points. The last one is EXACTLY right. Put the client first. if they want a house that pays $100
commission the should be the house the the agent helps them to buy. Now its on the agent to learn negotiation skills and and speak with the sellers and let them know why using them as an agent would be worth 1% or 1.5% or 2% etc. If they don't do that then that's on them.
