You guys so appauled by the idea that the decision may have been "inspired" are
Forgetting that the decision to make Rick's a 4 year school was the main decision and then dropping sports was secondary. This was not a sports related issue, they just had to figure out what to do with sports after they made the decision. Rick's wasn't going to be a "feeder school" for BYU anymore once it went 4 year.
