Hey - a lottery winner still has to pick the numbers and buy the ticket.
I'm not sure there's a huge gap between winning the lottery and being lucky.
Utah was in the right place at the right time. Good for them. If they'd been at the right place 5 years earlier or 5 years later - no dice. But they weren't. So that really doesn't matter.
