...your argument was that those guys would have gone to BYU and put them in the Rose Bowl. They haven't put Utah in the Rose Bowl yet, so I'm having a hard time seeing how these guys would make such a big difference at BYU. Your OP said BYU would have been in the Rose Bowl at least once by now... I'm still not seeing it. The best you can do is point to a bunch of imaginary recruits who had BYU in their Top 5. Which sort of proves my point... if BYU had received the invite, they would likely be performing about as well as Utah. And yeah, mediocre gets pretty close to describing it.
