We have a medical school and a top tier hospital system...

That is much much more in alignment with the rest of the Pac. Honestly, I am fully biased, but having a top notch hospital system and a Sugar Bowl/Fiesta bowl win in the current decade trumps everything else. Joking on the BCS wins, not on the hospital system.
