Loosing players that we should get is a problem with our depth, which is one of the reasons we lost those games.  From what they are saying coaches are asked to do many fund raising and public events that take away from coaching time.  Coaches are not getting to spend enough time coaching.  This was a huge problem with Detmer. 

This does not give the coaches a complete pass on losing way to many games to below average teams.  There is no excuse for keeping 6 in the box when the other team is ramming it down your throat and has a quarterback that can’t throw an accurate ball to save his life. 

We have institutional problems and coaching problems.  I won’t be surprised if we have another 4 win season.  The way we are playing we could still loose to 5 of the 6 opponents we have left.
