Mangum- Part new offense with inexperienced coaches. Big part was a complete lack of experienced, skilled receivers. Another part was Mangum coming into the season looking heavy/out of shape.

Wilson- Injury AND you cannot really say it was his second year, OR that he had a decline. Next year will be the big test for him.
