Winning attracts.
Houston goes on a streak and gets 5* recruit in Ed Oliver. Only G5 school to get a 5* in football. (and may be the last)
UCF is in the spotlight recently, and recruiting well (although I don't really follow them...).
BSU recruits year over year.
Yes we get less money and there may be some disadvantage in recruiting (not that we really have any advantage now as our numbers are generally even with our pre-indy recruiting numbers), but having a winning program draws attention and creates an environment that people want to be around.

We already have like 6 other Wyoming type games on our schedule... you act like we are only facing P5 teams...

We were a better football program with less money and less TV options than we are now with more of both.
