Summer swim teams are different than USA year round

Typically the summer program run by the cities or country clubs isn’t a legit coach as there are almost zero certifications needed to be a summer league coach.

USA swim coaches have to have a ton of credentials mandated by USA swimming- so they’re at least more invested
