This was an elite year round program. Perennial state champs, NCAA recruits.
Qualified coach who swam in college.
Very positive uplifting but disciplined team ethic. But also welcoming and supportive of kids who just wanted to swim for social/ fitness and the pe credit. I dont recall ever hearing parents gripe.
With swimming there is no politics for playing time or positions. It all come down to times.
The clock never lies.
