Oh, I'll take a properly cooked prime stake if I have the choice, but I don't see it as a competition.
A good smoked brisket, slow-cooked and dripping with rendered fat, is incredible eats.

If you're comparing it to a good ribeye, then yes, I prefer that too. The brisket meat is crappy though for cooking any
