I'd take good brisket over a filet every time but its a closer call with ribeye
I love beef flavor, and a filet sacrifices that in favor of tenderness. Brisket that is well cooked is incredibly flavorful, as is a good ribeye. The combination of rendered fat and salt, to me, is what makes a good piece of meat.
