When it comes to brisket most places don't do it tender or moist (yeah I said it) enough. The only place locally I've found that does with consistency is Bam Bam's and I always get the fatty.
Otherwise it's usually tough, dry and cut too thick. So I pretty much never order it anywhere else. I rarely order brisket or pulled pork.
To me pulled pork is the white castle of smoked meats. It's just always very bland and meh. There's a lot other smoked meats I'd order before that. I don't hate pulled pork, I just don't love it.
