This place has amazing brisket. Like the Central Texas places its owner patterns it after, they sell out every day. So get there early to get your fatty brisket.
Once, as I was paying, I watched a lady in the takeout line (a separate, much shorter line if you order a minimum weight of meat) order about 5 pounds of brisket, which was the last brisket they had. The guy who had been waiting in the regular line since before they opened about lost his mind. Believe me, I understood 😉
