It certainly can, but like others have said, there are many ways you can continue to grow, evolve, and improve as a person that have nothing to do with your work.

Obviously we all have different personalities, goals, and priorities, but to me it sounds like you’re in a sweet spot that allows you the freedom to grow in lots of other ways that will lend to a much better quality of life.
