The sweet spot to me with is a good balance between making good money and also
Having plenty of time with your kids.
I generally work an 8-5 job right now and make pretty good money. Finding that balance has really made my life great. At this point if the trade off for me for more money was less time with my family I’d quickly say no. Finding that balance is what you should be in the lookout.
