I don’t really know how to fix it but the ER doc likely works for a large group that is contracted by the hospital. That
group likely has it’s own billing department. Hopefully you received some sort of paperwork with the contact information for the ER doctor’s billing department. Someone there might be the best contact to figure out why there is a discrepancy.
